A belief that we're making a positive impact and a commitment to having fun.\u00A0We are seeking an Associate Implementation Engineer to join our team.\u00A0Job Summary\u00A0The Associate Implementation Engineer will work with customers and internal teams to implement, test, and support their use of the Imprivata FairWarning product. This team member will demonstrate a combination of top-notch customer service skills as well as software system support/scripting skills. You will identify areas that can be automated throughout the process and implement strategies to increase efficiency for both Imprivata and our customers. Candidates must be able to effectively multi-task and be comfortable wearing stepping outside their role to meet tight deadlines.\u00A0Duties and Responsibilities\u00A0Document task status and completion using project tracking tools\u00A0Set up server certificates\u00A0Setup LDAP & Active Directory\u00A0Create database tables\u00A0Create table mapper programs to load and append data\u00A0Perform quality assurance on data loaded\u00A0Automate data loads\u00A0Alert project manager to possible scope challenges, issues or change requests\u00A0Effectively communicates with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel\u00A0Ability to clearly explain technical issues and complex information to audiences of varying knowledge levels\u00A0Identify opportunities to provide additional products, services or other resources to customers\u00A0Work independently on large scale, complex projects\u00A0Occasional travel to be expected; 10%-15%. \u00A0Required Qualifications\u00A0Education:\u00A0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Technical or Business discipline\u00A0Experience:\u00A0Basic knowledge of SQL\u00A0Knowledge of Linux line commands and file structure\u00A0At least 1-year experience in a customer facing position\u00A0Proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project completion\u00A0Project management skills\u00A0Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, organization and multitasking skills\u00A0Intermediate knowledge of programming languages\u00A0Intermediate knowledge of relational databases architecture\u00A0Certifications:\u00A0MySQL or Linux-based certification preferred\u00A0At Imprivata, we have a top-notch work environment, developmental opportunities, a competitive total rewards package, and the desire to have fun.
