This Cyber Infrastructure Engineering Manager within Engineering & Technology (E&T) is responsible for managing the laboratory computer infrastructure team for the Marietta site, spanning all 4 Lines of Business (LOBs). The engineering manager is responsible for establishing and implementing a digital transformation vision for the team, coordinating employee recruitment and engagement, ensuring on-time delivery of capabilities, and employee skills competency development.
This position will lead the cyber infrastructure team responsible for the infrastructure design, integration and technical support of the C-130, C-5, P-3, F-35/F-22 Air Combat Simulator (ACS), and multiple Advanced Development Program (ADP) laboratory environments.
Additionally, the selected candidate will have significant involvement in the proposal inputs, schedule/cost/technical risks, and Information Assurance oversight for both deliverable and non-deliverable laboratories across the site. The candidate will be the key interface point with program system security, lab operations, project management, project customers, Chief Engineers, system integrations teams and other cyber security engineers implementing security requirements and policies. The successful candidate must have knowledge of infrastructure virtualization, hardware-in-the-loop systems integration labs and experience with cyber compliance and system administration.
Active DoD Secret required and project clearances desired. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
A level 5 employee Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position may be located in a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in system engineering, cyber, simulation labs and system integration labs, and/or leadership of technically complex engineering organizations
Experience with digital engineering concepts
Experience managing program schedules and business rhythms
Project or Technical Leadership experience
Desired Skills:
Experience in presenting to and successfully communicating with high-level internal and external customers
Knowledge of Earned Value Management
Active F-35 and F-22 SAP Clearances
Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership (Shape the Future, Build Effective Relationships, Energize the Team, Deliver Results, Model Personal Excellence, Integrity and Accountability)
Control Account Management (CAM) experience
Process Management experience
Simulation and Systems Integration Lab experience
Risks Analysis and Mitigation experience
