\u003cli\u003eEstablish network capacities for service improvements\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEstablish methodology for linehaul plans and standards for efficient labor utilization\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop and conduct training programs for field management to improve load quality and understanding of engineered standards\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork with facility managers to define, standardize, and document operational procedures for all linehaul job functions\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop viable linehaul contingency plans for all facilities\u003c/li\u003e
