Perform and/or ensure all scheduled maintenance and repairs are completed.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eEnsure all mechanical, HVAC, plumbing systems including repair and /or construction work is completed in accordance with Federal, State and Local code compliance requirements.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eParticipate in the delivery of events; coordinate arrangements with event and operations department and clients; monitor and direct the work of contractors on building projects.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eParticipate in work planning for facility maintenance and operations; identify and resolve problems; monitor work flow; review and evaluate work projects, methods and procedures.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eEnsure compliance with hazardous materials communication program, material safety data sheets, records, permits, maintain knowledge of changes in Federal, State and Local regulations.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eRespond to emergency alarms, building automation systems and the like.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eDetermine root causes of any mechanical, HVAC, plumbing deficiencies, make necessary repairs to remedy the malfunction using appropriate tools.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eCoordinate any connecting, disconnecting, paralleling or substituting to electrical distribution equipment system to avoid damage, danger and unnecessary interruption of service.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eMaintain a safe work environment, ensures safety precautions are taken at all times.
