\u003cp\u003eThe Senior Solution Engineer leverages functional and technical systems knowledge and experience to solve complex problems across specific business process areas [e.g., ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) with Hire-to-Retire (HTR), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R); Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Order-to-Cash (OTC), etc.] or more broadly across lines of business in order to enable a specific employee or customer groups.\u0026nbsp; They help define and evolve the systems and solutions direction for their process area and associated systems domain or line of business areas of accountability.\u0026nbsp; They help to define and maintain a solutions roadmap that enables business outcomes and are able to reliably forecast business needs in the 3-5-year horizon.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eThe Senior\u0026nbsp;Solution Engineer can lead projects with some guidance that execute against this roadmap. This includes development from concept through realization including enhancements, new modules / systems / solutions, quality improvements and productivity improvements. They also contribute to the development of custom applications that serve the specific process areas, domains or lines of business aligned to their domain knowledge.\u0026nbsp;The Senior Solution Engineer adheres to technology standards and the\u0026nbsp;governance framework set by leadership.
