The Lead Software Engineer codes software applications based on business requirements. The Lead Software Engineer works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
Are you passionate to build a great user experiences ? Do you prefer to work on the cutting edge tech stack and explore new UI framework. We are building headless ecommerce websites for pharmacy. Not one site, multiple sites which can run on re-usable code base. We are looking for a lead software engineer (Frontend) who can build and guide the team. We are looking for a lead engineer with cloud experience, React JS, Redux, Hooks, Type Script, JS, boot strap, Next js and CSS libraries. We are looking for an engineer who is curious, loves the challenge of solving problems that improve people's lives.
The Lead Software Engineer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes. Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
8 or more years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
