What is your mission?
As a Component Production and Test Engineering Intern, you will assist in test engineering tasks supporting our Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations Teams by assisting in the delivery of critical electronic and RF hardware. You will assist on the production center meeting the technical, cost, and schedule commitments to our world class customers.
What will you be working on?
Example:
You will apply technical acumen to the planning, test development, and test execution for electronic box and RF components that will be integrated into space vehicles. You will also participate in issue resolution, develop solutions to technical problems of varying complexity while assuring sound technical content and timely closure.
Who will you collaborate with?
You will work with experienced test engineers, technicians, quality engineers, and design engineers as a partner in test to ensure that the hardware operates as intended and meets the reliability required for our very complex missions. You will be part of a production manufacturing and test team that is pushing the boundaries of electronics manufacturing and test operations.

Basic Qualifications:
Actively enrolled in a Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Math or other related degree program from an accredited college/university.
This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of CAD and simulation tools.
Experience or classroom knowledge of analytical model development using MATLAB or Simulink.
Detailed coding implementation with programming languages (C, C , Python).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
