The Specialist, IT Quality Management, Problem Investigations will primarily investigate problems within Information Technology. Team members will include stakeholders throughout the enterprise.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the end to end Problem investigation and CAPA action planning including identifying team members, facilitating root cause analysis and recommending actions to correct and prevent reoccurrence.
Builds teams by ensuring the right decision makers and advisors are collaborating
Solves complex problems by incorporating findings and a diverse team perspectives.
Identifies and applies appropriate root cause analysis techniques
Provides expertise to investigation teams of quality management framework, controls, policies and procedures
Monitors completion of action plans.
Manages multiple active investigations at a time Provides support to manager for process improvements and upgrades.
Required Experience:
Bachelor in Information Technology, Engineering, or Science.
5 years’ experience to include IT Service Management (especially Problem Management), IT Quality, and / or Deviation Management
Experience leveraging ServiceNow
ITIL Foundations, Advanced training Preferred
Ideal Candidates Would Also Have:
Prefer Pharma and/or biotech experience in a Quality Assurance or Investigator role managing IT Investigations with a GxP impact.
Excellent problem solving skills that can provide insight and highlight implications and recommendations to management.
Demonstrated ability to ask probing questions, identify risk and assess situations quickly.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience at multiple levels across the organization.
Demonstrated strong analytical skills, process knowledge and lateral thinking.
Demonstrated ability to execute and organize effectively across multiple projects and tasks.
Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate directly with stakeholders.
