ENSCO is seeking an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual to support the U.S. Space Force, Space and Missile Center’s MILSATCOM Program through the MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (MSEIT) contract.  This position, located in El Segundo, CA, will support a diverse set of strategic and tactical MILSATCOM systems and infrastructure in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment. Duties include:Lead working groups to develop MILSATCOM architectures and supporting documentationElicit and capture stakeholder needs in modelsDevelop and extend system models using existing requirements, interface documentation, and related design and systems engineering documentsProvide MBSE/Systems Modeling Language (SysML) expertise and related support to the entire systems engineering teamWork collaboratively in a digital engineering environment, integrating data from across systems engineering disciplines into a cohesive system modelIntegrate models to modern requirements management, architecture, and systems engineering softwareBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, Science or a technical related field and 5 years related experience4 or more years’ experience in a systems engineering or digital engineering discipline5 or more years’ experience in MBSE tools (e.g. Sparx EA, Cameo, Rhapsody, Rational Software Architect)1 years’ experience working with DoDAF, SysML, and MBSEDemonstrated ability to develop system behavior, structure, data, and requirements models employing either Sparx, Cameo, or Rhapsody applications in a team environmentDemonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of systems engineering and integration activities, with special emphasis on space architecture development and communications infrastructuresStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZENSubject matter expertise in SSC program support, especially in MILSATCOM (or other space-based systems)INCOSE and OCSMP certifications1 years’ experience with DoD, in support of Acquisition, JCIDS, or Analysis of Alternatives processesExperience in Modeling, Simulation and Analysis (MS&A)Experience with Sparx EASecret Clearance or higher#LI-TL1ENSCO has been delivering engineering, science, and advance technology solutions to complex priority programs since 1969.
