Title: Technical Data Analyst

Location: Albany, NY REMOTE

Job Duties:

Develop a Quality Assurance review tool within the Microsoft Excel application.

Understand and enact requirements provided by the team.

Provide guidance and suggestions based on experience in terms of development in the Excel application.

Develop reporting and export functionality, including creating macros.

Use industry standard development practices to ensure quality.

Deal with advanced Excel capabilities, such as formulas, tables, and graphs.

Develop test plans and software documentation to support code modifications and additions.

Develop data specifications and technical support documentation.

Maintain historical records.

Maintain client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Apply program rules and policies to support health care provider's compliance needs.

Required Job Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer sciences, MIS, or another related field.

At least 2 years of related experience.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Proficiency in VBA.

Strong with C#, Python and SQL.

Process oriented and results-driven work strategy.

Ability to work with and relate to staff and demonstrate active listening skills.

Have previously conducted full cycle development, from analysis to development to testing and deployment.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to work within a team environment.

Ability to work well independently.

Exceptional Customer Service relationship techniques, including superior verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience in meeting deadlines and adhering to strict standard.
