What’s the role?
We’re looking for Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers with the ability to bring their expertise and excitement for solving complex problems while building one of the largest IoT platforms in the world. There will be no shortage of opportunities to lead, eat, drink, and be merry with the most dynamic team ever assembled in the energy industry.
If you are not a tried-and-true Full-Stack Software Engineer, don’t be discouraged. Bring your A-game to the table and we’ll figure it out together. Plenty of Front-End and Back-End leadership roles are just around the corner as well!
What you’ll do:
Build UIs, APIs, data pipelines, data lakes, and other FSS (full-stack-stuff)
Deliver high-quality code – beautiful to behold in both structure and function (puns intended)
Live, laugh, and love some flavor of Agile. With a side of Scrum
Utilize Docker, K8, Cloud, microservices, containerization, web services, DB/SQL, etc.
Focus on performance, accessibility, API design, and the benefits of CI / CD
Ensure user experience quality; you are data-driven and customer-obsessed
Train team members in data structures, algorithms, co-design and systems architecture
Work closely with other teams and individuals to plan, coordinate, and seek feedback

Requirements:
What we need from you
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer both now and in the future
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant technical discipline required
Minimum 3 years of experience building user-friendly, data-rich applications, data pipelines, and analytic catalogues.
Prior experience developing solutions for the electrical power industry is preferred
Experience architecting, deploying, and supporting production applications
Experience with multiple modern coding, testing, debugging and automation techniques
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
