A belief that we're making a positive impact and a commitment to having fun.\u00A0We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer\u00A0to join our team.\u00A0Job Summary\u00A0The Senior Automation Engineer responsibilities include the design and maintenance of automated test frameworks, tools and test coverage for the Imprivata Cloud-based products and services. This includes developing new solutions, as well as leveraging third party tools for automated testing of Imprivata software at both the microservice and system level. Responsibilities also include working with the Automation team to enhance/expand existing test frameworks and tooling, develop automated test cases, as well as develop Continuous Integration workflows and solutions. The Automation Engineer works closely with software development teams as well as the Quality Engineering teams.\u00A0Duties and Responsibilities\u00A0Design, implement and deploy automated processes/tools, for use by the Automation, QE and Dev teams.\u00A0Expand and enhance our existing tool base to extend functionality along with the Astra Cloud product.\u00A0Develop test scenarios and automated test cases using these automation tools.\u00A0Develop CI solutions and automated test environments.\u00A0Hands-on involvement in all phases of product development, including planning, design, implementation, and execution of automated tests, defect logging and verification, and reporting results\u00A0Implement, track, and report key metrics to assure performance and value of automation\u00A0Consistently improve test automation infrastructure and coverageRequired Qualifications\u00A0BS in Computer Science or equivalent\u00A06 years' industry experience in Software Engineering\u00A03-5 years' experience designing, implementing, and executing automated frameworks for testing client and server technologies.\u00A0Expert Java development skills using object oriented design principles\u00A0Strong Python development skills using object oriented design principles\u00A0Demonstrated development experience using Selenium for automating UIs\u00A0Experience working with and building automated tests for gRPC and OpenAPI interfaces\u00A0Experience developing automation solutions for microservice architectures in AWS or similar cloud platform\u00A0TestNG and/or PyTest experience is desirable\u00A0Self-driven with a strong background in software/automation development\u00A0Comfortable engaging cross-functional partners including development teams, system architects, product management, and QA\u00A0Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills\u00A0At Imprivata, we have a top-notch work environment, developmental opportunities, a competitive total rewards package, and the desire to have fun.
