We’re keen to hear from passionate professionals who could be a skilled, energetic team leader for the Reserves/Planning Team consisting of 10-15 capable individuals.

Where you fit in

The Standards Assurance & Staff Development (SASD) Team of our Upstream Unconventionals (UPU) business is a positive place to work, where our strong team spirit and passion for continuous improvement help us to achieve effective and compliant classification, reporting and assurance of resource bookings as well as the delivery of effective/strategic Operating Plans for our Unconventionals business. We believe in creating an inclusive culture and work environment where you can thrive, innovate and develop; but most of all, be yourself.

Reserves wise: to continually challenge both reserves reporting efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging global lean continuous improvement opportunities

Planning wise: to manage a team of economist/development planners delivering strategic long-term forecasts, analysis, and development scenario support to the assets, strategy group, and UPU leadership team

To be a planning focal point for driving ongoing asset performance management tracking and input to post-investment reviews

To be held accountable for driving continuous improvement efficiency, effectiveness and synergies with the goal to streamline support to assets by leveraging global support and digital capabilities.
