Description

The Senior DevOps Engineer Enables the automation of software code deployment by eliminating functional silos existing between development and production. The Senior DevOps Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior DevOps Engineer Promotes flexible collaboration and communication between development, security, compliance, testing, monitoring and production teams. Optimizes the release process by leading teams to identify gaps and eliminate barriers to enable increased frequency of accurate code deployment. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, andwork is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Team Size : 8

Experience with software versioning, Git experience strongly preferred

Experience with Continuous Integration Pipelines, GitLab, CircleCI, Azure Pipelines, Octopus [Required]

Experience with build servers - Jenkins, TeamCity

Scripting experience in Powershell, Python, Bash, Perl or PHP (Powershell preferred)

Experience working in public and/or private clouds:

Configuration Files and Configuration File Transforms

Experience with Web Servers like Apache, IIs, Nginx

Experience working with Transact SQL and Microsoft SQL Server, or Azure DB's

Experience in C#, Java or other programming languages

Preferred Skills:

Experience in networking in cloud environment

Experience in networking in non-cloud environment

Experience with security rules and policies

Experience with load balancers [F5, Azure, AWS, Google, Varnash, HaProxy]

Experience with traffic management and/or proxies

Experience with Terraform and/or ARM Templates

Experience with Redhat Openshift, Kubernetes or similar Docker Containerization management

Nice to have experience with Imperva, Ibm datapower, Redhat 3scale or other similar technologies

Experience with Key certificate stores

Experience with General Security practices, and/or SonarCube, CheckMarx or Rapid 7 security tools

Experience with JFrog

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

5 or more years of experience designing, developing, and testing of software applications and/or infrastructure

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

In addition, one (1) position requires the following experience

Android and Apple Mobile Device Management

Android and Apple Mobile Pipeline Management

Google PlayStore and Apple Store Management

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree

Additional Information

Associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster, or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work.
