Description
The Lead, Security Process Transformation will work with the Humana Security team to continually assess, define, lead execution, and support security processes across Humana. This role will lead our Process Transformation team to drive maturity and sustainment through a metrics-driven approach to drive process transformation, automation, security strategy, and capability development.

Play leadership role on process team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
Measure and manage the outcomes of capabilities implemented by the Product and Capability Management team
Drive process transformation with a focus on user experience, eliminating waste, and tracking return on investment
Leads initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis to improve, automate, or streamline processes.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function with a focus on continuous improvement, process engineering, automation and lean management. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple highly specialized professional associates. In this role you will:
Develop new process capabilities in line with industry best practices and trends ( For example robotics process automation)
Define repeatable process to measure reduction in waste in environment.
Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and remove waste.
Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance.
Above all else, foster and model a collaborative team environment driven to build phenomenal solutions while having fun.
Mentor resources in process improvement techniques and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5 years of experience with security strategy, customer engagement, and process transformation
2 years of management experience leading teams
Strong focus in transformational thinking
Strong analytical, oral communication, and technical writing abilities
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Prior experience with Six Sigma/ Lean Management
