Essential Functions: Partners with requestors, designers, project managers, and other facility personnel to fully establish project management plans. Confers with requestors to determines objective of projects and develops Project Intent and Business Justification proposal. Presents all new requests to Operations and Facility Department management for review, feedback, and/or redirection. Gathers requested scope of work, equipment list, and forecasted team headcounts/space needs. Surveys project\u2019s existing conditions, workflows, and processes. Assemblies and present collected data in an organized and understandable manner to decision makers and designers. Coordinates with consultants on project feasibility and specific user requirement design. Develops and manages a Project Pipeline; working backwards to identify priorities and align completion dates with company goals and initiatives. Presents flow of projects and relation of project succession. Works with Space Planning team to develop Project Intent for projects in five-year space plan. Aligns project pipeline to five-year space plan. Partners with interior designers, drafters, and in-house consultants on the creation of construction documents; works with outside architects and engineers as assigned. Routes all pre-project documents through proper channels for approval. Adds all approved projects documents to Smartsheet and SharePoint. Collaborates with Project Management team and requestor to transition preconstruction to construction, ensuring complete alignment in project risks, forecasted margin, schedule, and manpower. Manages project change orders with Project Management team and requestor. Routes through proper channels for approvals. Works with Project Management team to closeout projects completely. Meets with requestor to ensure planned scope of work is finalized. Closes and archives projects in Smartsheet and SharePoint. Develops, coordinates, and maintains Capital Expenditures plan for Facilities Department. Works with Accounting Department on expenditure tracking, changes, and updates. Works with Accounting and Purchasing Departments to release projects for expense charges. Works with Equipment Purchasers throughout company to ensure projects are created for new equipment additions or changes. Organizes and manages trade specific projects through trade leaders. Develops, maintains, and implements pre-construction standard operating procedures. Broadcast information to affected parties. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.\u00A0Education and Experience:Bachelor\u2019s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, preferred. Minimum five (5) years of experience in Project Management; experience in Commercial Construction, preferredMinimum three (3) years in estimating, administering, and budgeting for projects. Special Requirements/Certification: Pursuing a PMP or similar certification, a plus Ability to travel domestically and internationally Valid driver\u2019s license, and reliable source of transportation
