Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this Forbes 4-Star hotel is a 42-story tower with over 200 rooms ( 127 guest rooms plus residences ), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes the 3-meal restaurant, bar, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?
A Residential Engineer is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the residence continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The Residential Engineer will report directly to the Director of Residential Operations and Residential Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
·Replace interior and exterior lightbulbs
·Perform daily common area inspections and maintainrecords
·Repair drywall and maintain paint of commonareas
·Replace air filters in HVACunits
·Troubleshoot and understand the functionality of HVAC buildingsystems
·Adjust and repair door locks
·Basic Plumbing repairs and plungecommodes
·Load and stock materials
·Clean/organize shops and storage spaces, Empty trashreceptacles
·Execute preventive maintenance programs developed by the EngineeringDepartment.
·Conduct preventive maintenance work and provide input for long-term planning to the enhancement of theResidences.
·Assist in diagnostic within the residence and provide best course of action correctly to the owner
Due to the nature of the business the individual may be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by thesupervisor.
