The Senior Manager/Manager of US CV/IMM/Fibrosis Analytics will be responsible for monitoring and providing data, strategic Insights, overall performance diagnostics and guidance to key business leaders to maximize financial performance. He/she will be responsible for working with the respective Forecasting Leads to complete the standard Performance deliverables. This includes ongoing product, disease and market analysis to inform indication-level product performance reports and insight mining.
Primary activities include collaborating with internal stakeholders across the US organization to have a thorough and holistic understanding of the business performance, including patient and physician level dynamics, competitive market landscape, patient journey, and finance performance. The incumbent is expected to be a proactive business partner in support of critical business decisions. Other responsibilities will include consolidation & reporting of key deliverables, understanding & measuring key drivers of the business, as well as ad-hoc assignments.
This person will be focused specifically on a limited number of US CV/IMM/Fibrosis products.
Support US CV/IMM/Fibrosis Marketing Teams and Leadership Team by providing regular updates of in-line product business performance. Monitor launch product performance and signal risks to leadership as they emerge
Synthesize insights from primary research and secondary data from across the organization, both internal and external sources, to develop a multi-dimensional , comprehensive view of business performance assessment
Develop relevant performance KPIs, leading indicators, and metrics
Provides brand performance deep dive and reporting analytics to maximize product and portfolio performance.
Collaborates with Global to provide relevant reporting for the Investor Relations and Board of Director meetings
Participates on cross-functional teams whose members consist of BI&A leadership, Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Forecasting Team, Marketing & Sales, Value Access & Pricing, Finance and Manufacturing.
Responsible for identifying process improvements to increase efficiencies.
Proactively manages planned and ad hoc analytics requests, ensuring consistent quality and timeliness in delivery to business
Requirements:
4 years of analytical experience in Pharmaceutical or Business Analytics, launch and in-line experience in pharma, experience in Cardiovascular or Immunology preferred
Consulting, Analytics, Forecasting and Market Research experience preferred
Experience in data mining and analysis techniques preferred
Demonstrated analytical ability, with attention to detail, and systems aptitude
Ability to connect analytics with the overarching business questions and can understand the link between brand strategy and analytic insight
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), with the ability to communicate across multiple functions and levels
Strong sense of teamwork, proactive work attitude
Demonstrate integrity, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
Bachelor degree (mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, business preferred)
