JOB REQUIREMENTS: Humana Inc. seeks Senior Quality Engineer in Green Bay, WI. Duties: Carry out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Perform and lead tests of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Create test data for applications. Document and work to resolve all complex problems. Report progress on problem resolution to management. Devise improvements to current procedures and develop models of possible future configurations. Act as information resource about assigned areas to technical writers. Perform complex work flow analysis and recommends quality improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering or a related field. Requires 5 years of technical experience. Requires 5 years of experience in all of the following: -Performing and leading tests of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects -Performing complex work flow analysis and recommending quality improvements -Performing complex test automation programs that achieve quality products in a timely fashion -Leveraging test management tools for oversight and reporting. Producing quality and engineering productivity metrics -Performing research and providing new test tools and testing techniques that drive quality and efficiency -Software development, system design, manual and automated testing Travel to unanticipated client sites, up to 100%.
