Digital Capability Manager for Payroll & Time Tracking responsible for owning and driving the technology enablement strategy for Payroll & Time Tracking at BMS.

Position Responsibilities:

Owns end-to-end responsibility for managing technology assets, ensuring they are reliable, accessible, & secure

Manages Total Cost of Ownership (build & run) and the key drivers behind them to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness

Fulfills all approved, technology asset-specific business needs

Designs technical solutions to satisfy business requirements with focus on best possible end-user experience

Collaborates with Business and IT Plan function to define business requirements, define project timelines and budget, develop acceptance criteria, testing, training and change management plans

Partners with Application Support vender to design, develop and implement technology solutions

Manages the build and run of technology assets

Influences vendor roadmaps and future digital capabilities to align with BMS strategy

Leads others to solve complex problems; exercises judgement and identifies innovative solutions

Interprets business and industry challenges and recommends best practices-based solutions

Proactively looks for opportunities to improve Re-use and continuously simplify our IT environment

Helps drive adoption of new functionality for SaaS applications, specifically Workday

Works in an Agile manner

Ensures compliance to evolving regulations, particularly General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Manages both employee and contingent worker resources to support Payroll & Time Tracking globally, accounting for different time zones

Successful candidates will have several or all of the following qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in an IT or Engineering related field

10-12 years of experience developing, implementing and supporting Human Resources Technologies

3-5 years experience with one or more of the following required: Workday Time Tracking, Workday Payroll Connectors, Workday Reporting, Workday HCM, Kronos Time & Attendance

Additional experience specific to Payroll technologies and Payroll Outsourcing Vendors is a plus

Experience leading complex global implementations and supporting globally standard solutions

Excellent Communication skills

Strong relationship building skills to establish trust and rapport with business

Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities

Experience working with the Agile Methodology

Proficiency in demonstrating BMS Values
