Job Description:
As the Reservoir Engineer you will:
Provide production forecasting, appropriate modeling (material balance, decline curve analysis, numerical simulation modeling, PVT modeling and integrated reservoir modeling), pressure transient analysis, and well productivity analysis to help maximize well/reservoir
Work collaboratively with geophysics, production geology, production technology and petrophysics to identify, mature subsurface opportunities, ensure full integration and continuous improvement of subsurface models.
Coordinate input to continuous processes such as Resource Reporting Cycle, Field Development Planning, Business Planning (OP) Cycles as well as Latest Estimates.
Provide Reservoir Engineering analyses as required for co-owner engagements.
Provide mentoring and technical coaching to less experienced reservoir engineers
-The position will be supporting within the Gulf of Mexico

Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
Bachelors in Engineering
Technical professional with 12 years reservoir engineering experience in deep water
Strong skills in subsurface modeling, reservoir simulation, material balance, Integrated Production System Modelling, advanced Pressure Transient Analysis, Fluid phased behavior and general forecasting principles.
Experience in business planning activities and resource reporting process.Knowledge of field development planning activities
Familiarity with HSSE aspects in major projects and deep water environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a diverse, multidisciplinary team environment.
Demonstrated mentoring and coaching ability. Self-starter / self-motivation is an essential requirement to provide effective support/advice.
Deep technical skills in some of the areas such as Production Forecasting, Reserve Estimation techniques, SEC Proved Reserve Guidelines and Internal Control Framework, Integrated System Modelling, and WRFM.
Knowledge and experience of operating subsea wells and systems.
