The most important task of the Corporate Business Analytics Director is to support the Mondelez Leadership Team in their analytics and data objectives, facilitating data-driven change and creating business value through D&A.
This leader will also be accountable for he management of our MARCO (Management Analytics and Reporting Capabilties) Analytics Product. MARCO is our one version of the truth for the Mondelez Executives and as such, this leader is accountable for its strategy, roadmap, relevance, adoption and overall performance
Key Responsibilities
Help Mondelez Executives to identify analytics use cases and opportunities and prioritize actions based on business value
Make sure that solutions and adopted, embedded in business processes and measured for impact
Raise Mondelez Top Executives Data Literacy
High level of collaboration on MARCO decisions and prioritization.
Assist in the execution process within the agile development teams, implement and run activities.
Accountability for working with strategic partners and extended product teams to help develop capabilities and solutions to address requirements and achieve desired customer outcomes.
Translate problem statements and solution hypotheses into user stories or other forms of requirements, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and measurable success metrics.
Lead backlog refinement sessions to maintain a consistently up-to-date, prioritized backlog of clearly defined features/stories.
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, technical architects and engineering to develop the best solution options.
Provide mentorship to product specialists across the development team.
Attend on-site visits with customers, engage in voice of the customer (VoC) programs such as customer advisory boards, and attend tradeshows and conferences applicable to the market in support of the product manager.

Analytics, for example diagnostic, descriptive, predictive and prescriptive.
AI, for example graph analysis, machine learning and natural language processing.
Data management, for example data integration (ETL) or metadata.
Data architecture, for example the difference between data warehouse, data lake or data hub.
Data structures, for example structured, semi structured and unstructured data.
Data governance, for example MDM, data quality and data stewardship practices.
