Customer Experience Technologies (CXT) is responsible for the technology, systems and tools that support the customer lifecycle (sales, activation, billing, support, etc.), as well as employee-facing teams such as human resources, finance, and workplace information technology. As a successful Architect in Comcast Technology & Product, you will do much more than define solutions, applications, infrastructure and tools. You will be a servant leader of our Xfinity Consumer Data Platform team of software engineers and business stakeholders enabling our Residential Marketing teams! In this role you will be leading the solution architecture for a team that builds and expands software, infrastructure, networking, cloud technology, and process. This role will have a significant degree of impact on business results by empowering many teams across our organization. The right candidate will be assertive and work to bring people together to help solve complex problems with an iterative, feedback driven approach.

Core Responsibilities

Defining the platform architecture, technology strategy and implementation standards

Providing technology guidance to shape overall digital asset management strategy.

Collaborate with other architects and SMEs in the space to define the ideal approaches in integrating our solution with the broader ecosystem.

Interfaces with the enterprise architecture team and other functional areas to ensure that most efficient solution is designed.

Presents solutions to leadership, management, architects and developers.

Applies and integrates emerging technological trends to new and existing systems architecture.

Monitors current and future trends, technology and information in the technology space that will positively affect organizational projects.

Mentors team members in relevant technologies and implementation architecture.

Works with the delivery teams and 3rd party software vendors to ensure quality delivery to the platform.

Support Business Partners, Analysts, Quality Assurance, and Production Support teams.

Qualifications:

Over 10 Years of experience in the IT industry

Experience with Adobe Experience Platform is preferred.

Excellent organizational, technical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with ability to think strategically and critically.

Ability to work with all levels within the organization, including field service team members' management, cross-departmental teams and senior leadership.

Experience working on an enterprise scale web application preferred

Experience in administration of production environments in distributed enterprise-wide solutions

Experience in Availability, Capacity, Disaster Recovery planning

Experience in data security and data privacy best practices and implementation strategies

Adept at developing strategic plans and working with large and distributed teams

Familiarity with current software design methodologies including agile (scrum) development process.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines; extensive, directly related experience may be considered in-lieu of degree(s).

Experience in Cable / Telecom or Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

Ability to communicate technical details to wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences, in both written and verbal formats

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in an environment that requires regular evaluation and negotiation of priorities

Excellent skills in emotional intelligence, influencing, and persuasion with individual and group stakeholders.

Strong speaking, writing, collaboration and follow-up skills.

Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills - the ability to interact with many different people, internally and externally

Salary:

Pay Range: $118,045.57 - $177,068.35

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
