Responsibilities

This position requires an 18 month commitment and the associate hired would need to live within a 1 1/2 hour driving distance of the Louisville or Green Bay office to attend any in person meetings as needed or requested by the manager.

The hours for training are Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm est. After training, you can select an 8 hr shift that starts between 6am-9am est.

The Business Intelligence Engineer 2 will perform as a RHC/FQHC Master providing support to provider accounts by loading contracts and responding to inquiries and resolves issues of concern.

Revise Facility or Physician arrangements and interpretations; followed by loading them into CAS, MTV, and PIMS via Apex.

Develop and implement best practices to ensure accurate loading of facility or physician contracts.

Communicate with all system users and market office staff regarding, but not limited to: inquiries, change in contracts and system status reports.

Research, identify and correct contract loading errors to decrease claims payment issues.

Performs training as needed.

Performs additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Previous Provider Installation experience using 1 or more of the following platforms: CAS, MTV, PAAG, or APEX

Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

Strong decision making skills and ability to maintain multiple priorities

Commitment to maintain confidentiality

Proven ability to maintain emotional intelligence in a fast paced environment

Requires18 month time-in-job commitment

Must

If progressed to offer, you will be required to:

Provide proof of full vaccination OR

Commit to weekly testing, following all CDC protocols, OR

Provide documentation for a medical or religious exemption consideration.

Previous claims experience

Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions

Work-At-Home Requirements

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
