Job Responsibilities: Design, build, document and maintain scalable data pipelines for large-scale data processing.Optimize and improve the performance of data pipelines and data storage systems.Work with data scientists and analysts to understand their data needs and provide solutions.Ensure data quality and integrity through the implementation of data validation and testing processes.Collaborate with software engineers and other stakeholders to integrate data systems with other systems and platforms.Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the data engineering field.Mentor and train junior engineers.Follow Aon’s cloud infrastructure and security guidelines working with other teams when required. The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $165,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive 20% in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
