The Electrical Engineering Intern will work under the direction of senior level engineers in the Sensors group.  Tasking may include data collection, data processing, lab testing of electronics, documentation of test results, soldering/rework of prototype electronics, field test and data collection, embedded firmware development, and test software development. min 1-3 yrs related expExperience/Coursework with basic assembly/rework stations (soldering iron, mechanical assembly)Experience/Coursework with electronics hardware developmentExperience/Coursework with sensor system developmentExperience/Coursework using circuit simulation tools such as LTSpiceExperience/Coursework using Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design tools such as Altium Designer, or equivalentExperience/Coursework with embedded software development for control or digital signal processing purposesExperience/Coursework with LabVIEW or other test software development toolsExperience/Coursework with FPGA development (coding, simulation, synthesis)Active and current Secret or TS/SCI#LI-WL1The National Security Solutions (NSS) Division focuses on solutions for the toughest problems in defense, intelligence, and homeland security missions.
