And best of all, you’ll be able to harness massive amounts of brainpower through our global network of technologists from around the world to tackle big challenges.','!*!   This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:  BS/BA degree or equivalent experience7 years of experience in Contact Center Technology with Genesys Framework along with Omnichannel implementation.Good Hands-on experience with Genesys Config/Management layers, Routing layer, Interaction/SIP layer and Media layer.Hands on experience with very large-scale deployment of Genesys 8.5 - Framework, Configuration and Management, Routing & Media components with integration experience.Hands on  experience in the installation and configuration of the Genesys suites which includes Configuration and Management, Routing & Media components etc..Experience working on Genesys Administrator, CME & GAX.Demonstrated knowledge and ability to troubleshoot any complex issues around Genesys config/management layers, routing layer, Genesys SIP, media server, and ICON/Info Mart. Experience on IWD – Intelligent workload distributor is a plusGood communication skills (Written and oral).When you work at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you’re not just working at a global financial institution.
