Your hands-on knowledge in system design, application development, testing and operational stability will help your team deliver high quality products. You’ll be instrumental in solving more difficult technical issues, developing integration elements, building data models, APIs, and open 3rd-party SDKs. And best of all, you’ll be able to harness massive amounts of brainpower through our global network of technologists from around the world to tackle big challenges. As an experienced Office 365 ProPlus Deployment Engineer, you will be assisting with the engineering, design and rollout of Microsoft Office 365 to the firm around the globe. You will handle the technical aspects of onboarding LOBs to Office ProPlus. This role entails providing proactive guidance and remediation assistance, and as the Onboarding Engineer you will drive the technical execution; transforming the customer deployment of communication and collaboration services.','!*!This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:Minimum skills:Understanding of Office 365 ProPlus install methods and client settings.Knowledge of Proplus configuration policiesOffice 365 ProPlus Patching/Update experience.Experience with configuring, packaging, and distributing client software dependencies for Office 365 (GPO, UEM (Citrix), System Management Software (SCCM, SCUP).Experienced knowledge of Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.Excel Macros, VB Scripting, Power BI Data Visualization Tools.BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. Preferred additional skills:   Microsoft App-V, ClickToRun knowledge.Understanding of Virtual Desktop technologies.Understand Microsoft Office Telemetry (monitor add-in usage, performance and other issues).Knowledge of Microsoft Office Telemetry and Splunk queries.Candidate should also possess:Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to test new releases against existing components and troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.  When you work at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you’re not just working at a global financial institution.
