Job Summary:
• Participate in the development of reliability analyses, such as Reliability Predictions, Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and validation at the product and system levels and Reliability Availability and Maintainability (RAM) analysis models.
• Participate in product performance analysis reviews
• Participate in design reviews/DFMEA, program reviews, applicable working groups, technical interface meetings
• To understand product performance and failure mechanisms, develop and implement methodologies to review Field Service quality issues/Field Performance Reports and investigate failure events
• Participate in the development and implementation of the reliability policies and strategies which ensure effective reliability over the asset’s lifecycle
• Participate in the development and implementation of vendor reliability requirements and specifications
• Participate in the development of the Risk Management Plan to maximize company’s opportunities to improve margin and reduce risk.
• Translate customer requirements into internal procedures through the construction of a reliability and/or Risk plan and provide technical response to customer proposals.
• Ensure risk assessment workshops and reviews are held at product and process levels and facilitate conducting of these workshops when required.
• Ensure the interface risks between Cameron, Customer and Vendors are fully addressed in the processes.
• Consolidate reports into overall Reliability and risk models and report the analysis and summarization of the results;
• Train managers and other personnel in both the appreciation of risk management techniques and “hands on� risk analysis techniques and methods.
• Arrange joint work sessions with the Customer and Contractors to identify and mitigate risks
• As applicable, review of QMS procedures.
• Ability for interpretation and implementation of industry standards and legislation to ensure compliance with statutory and customer requirements.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or similar technical field, preferred. • Approximately 2 years of reliability experience preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry or related experience. Root Cause Failure Analysis experience desired.• Basic knowledge of competing and alternative technologies. • Must be able to understand functional and cost-effective designs that meet complex specification requirements.• Team player.• Able to travel.• Familiar with MRP Systems such as SAP• Computer literate and conversant with software necessary for the performance of specific functions e.g. spread sheets, data base, word processing. • Experienced in statistical analysis and able to identify trends • Able to understand and interpret the product requirements and Customer specifications. • Committed to the concept of Quality Improvement within the company.
