Description

The Senior Reporting Engineer will define, develop, and maintain a reporting environment that consistently aggregates data across the processes, technologies, and capabilities within Lean-Agile environment. These dashboards will report metrics/measures to support operational, tactical, and strategic decision making to optimize our Lean-Agile processes.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Collaborates and consults with key technical and non-technical customers and stakeholders to understand and design target state solutions

Owns full lifecycle of management dashboards, from requirements documentation through testing and delivery to a production environment

Collects and documents business requirements, including wireframes, for reporting and data requests

Integrates data and information from multiple sources to support reporting needs

Builds and automates dashboards, key reports, forms, end-user portals, or other resources

Works with stakeholders to update deliverables based on feedback

Ultimately, delivers solution to production environment and supports its operations and enhancements

Monitors and advises on opportunities to continuously improve and optimize integration, automation, and reporting performance

Maintains automation, reporting, and other resources created to ensure on-going and evolving value over time

Drives consistent branding of dashboards and reports based on industry best practices and existing styles

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or relevant experience

Experience collaborating with customers to create wireframes and user-friendly data visualizations

Experience developing visualizations and end-user solutions in PowerBI and PowerPlatform

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Prior experience working in Lean-Agile teams and environments

Highly collaborative, consultative, and team-oriented working style; ability to interact and drive meaningful conversations with technical and non-technical partners and stakeholders

Strategic communicator - able to simplify the complex with proven experience presenting to top level executives

Continuous improvement mindset

Excellent problem solving skills and attention to details

Strong analytical skills

Passion for consumer-centered design methods

Experience with REST API, WIQL, OData (Open Data Protocol), tools and systems on
