Responsibilities

The Lead Product Manager, will drive transformation and innovation as we build digitally enabled omni-channel sales experiences. As the Lead Product Manager you will work closely with delivery teams to drive product development, user groups to understand needs and identify feature and product innovations, business partners to roll out products and ensure adoption, and leadership to communicate impact, understand strategy, and refine product roadmaps. Our internal development partners include design, engineering, analytics, and dev ops subject matter experts who follow agile best practices. Our internal stakeholders include insurance product, marketing tele sales, field sales, strategy, customer service, and IT.

The Lead Product Manager will report to the Director, Digital Product Management within the Retail Product & Strategy organization. This is a high profile, high impact position with high growth potential..

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, solutions-oriented team player and dynamic leader comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. S/he must be a strong communicator, comfortable working with internal stakeholders of all organizational levels.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8 years of professional experience, including three or more years of agile digital product management or product owner

Strategic thinker with strong analytic and problem-solving skills

Experience working with Marketing technologies such as Adobe Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Human-centered design mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Influential cross-functional leader

All-hands-on-deck contributor

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience navigating complex organizations

Experience improving processes and operations through digitalization

Software engineering experience

Healthcare business experience

Deep understanding of agile principles and how they can be flexibly applied

LOCATION

This position is located in Humana Boston, Louisville, Northern Virginia offices but will be working remote temporarily. Other locations will be considered for qualified individuals.
