Treasury and Tax Product Manager Are you an experienced IT Program or IT Project Manager?Are you ready to manage and perform more impactful work? Join our team as a Treasury and Tax IT Product Manager! This will be a Hybrid position, consisting of mostly remote work with occasional opportunities to attend meetings in our Downtown Chicago office. Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.  As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look like As a Product Manager, the role is responsible for program discovery, delivery, and technical operational support with process improvements.  The Treasury and Tax product owner will cover all technologies within these functions along with the stakeholder management. How this opportunity is different You will have the opportunity to work across 2 key areas of Aon’s Corporate Finance team; Treasury and Tax.  You will be the face of both functions, having relationships with both teams and acting as a trusted advisor for all potential IT implementations.   You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a large technical transformation within our Treasury group.  You will be able to fully manage the implementation of Kyriba Treasury Management Software.   Your work will be critical to Aon’s ability to generate short term financial gains on the company’s cash holdings. Skills and experience that will lead to success5 years of experience in Technical Program Delivery and/or IT Project Management for Financial ApplicationsCertifications in Delivery Methodologies: PMP, Agile, Scrum or Equivalent Certification preferredStrong experience using the Microsoft Office suite and other program management contributing toolsetsStrong communications skills covering both written and verbal mediums, with technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with various program management tracking and issue management tracking technologies (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Technology or equivalent years of industry experience.Direct experience or working knowledge of Kyriba Treasury software is a huge plus How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
