The Business Systems Automation Lead is responsible for coordinating projects which will data integration and interaction for the purpose of automating processes.
Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for creation and integration of automated content in order to enhance service delivery efficiencies.
Engage key stakeholders to facilitate process mapping and metrics; and coordinates with key processes, operations and digital teams in developing fully automated processes.
Elaborate requirements for process automation and key indicators to monitor compliance and performance of the key business systems.
Identify opportunities for automated processes, participate in audits and coordinate pilot trials for automated business systems.
Actively involved in digitalization, integration and customization of automated business systems, e.g. MAXIMO, automated quotes and order mngt.
Design and develop automated tests to support the overall product testing strategy.
Work closely with the Development team, executing automatic test plans and reporting results for assigned software products.
Thoroughly investigate result changes during the software development cycle, for legacy automated tests as well as new implemented ones.
Acquire and manage test data needed for the review of test plans to ensure completeness.
Document and report test results in a timely manner using provided systems for test result reporting and defect tracking.
At the senior level, be responsible for the automation framework.
Coordinate and support training, knowledge sharing content and deployment of automated systems to maturity in Geounits.
Qualifications and Experience:
BS degree in electrical / computer engineering, systems engineering, physics, or equivalent, with practical software engineering experience or proof of exceptional skills in related fields.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
Preferred skills:
Experience with Power BI, Power Apps and DAX
Experience with basic programming
Experience with Python or other scripting languages
Experience with automation
Experience with C/C for embedded systems a plus
Experience with basic hardware design a plus
Major interest in solving time critical problems
