Job Description

DUTIES: Contribute to teams responsible for performing product certification testing on Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) video, broadband and camera products; utilize RDK/TDK validation Suite to improve operations of Comcast's RDK-Video, RDK-Broadband and RDK-Camera software stacks to enable the latest services and features; certify Comcast's Advanced Xfinity X1 video, broadband and camera products and services in all functional and operational areas including reliability, performance, compatibility and customer experience; utilize Java J2EE, Jenkins, Tomcat, Python, MySQL, GIT and Maven to define and implement test automation development strategies; develop and deploy test automation software used to verify/test CPE devices using Agile or Scrum in a DevOps environment; design and develop test automation framework to support end to end automated regression testing; conduct internal test plan and code reviews; and collaborate with test and development department technology teams to identify future automation framework scope and achieve company goals.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and two (2) years of experience in validating video and broadband product architecture utilizing RDK/TDK suite; define and develop test automation using the following: Java J2EE, Jenkins, Tomcat, Python, MySQL, GIT and Maven; and deploy using Agile or Scrum in a DevOps environment.
