The Associate Director, Digital Product Management, will drive digital transformation to improve healthcare provider and member experiences. Our user-facing applications and supporting data products and services will allow Humana and our network of providers to better enable our members to achieve their best health. Products are built using state-of-the-art cloud technologies and data-driven architecture.

As the Associate Director, Product Management you will directly lead a team of Product Managers and indirectly lead design and IT resources dedicated to a portfolio of products. You will work closely with business leadership to understand strategy, identify opportunities, communicate impact, and build product roadmaps. Your customers will include healthcare providers, associates, members, and prospects. Internal stakeholders include value-based strategies, corporate strategy, customer service, quality, care management, and home care, among others. This is a high profile, high impact position with high growth potential.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8 years of professional experience, including 3 years of agile digital product management, product owner, or scrum master experience

Strategic thinker with strong analytic and problem-solving skills

Human-centered design mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Influential cross-functional leader

All-hands-on-deck contributor

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience leading other professionals

Experience navigating complex organizations

Digital transformation experience

Software engineering experience

Healthcare business experience

Deep understanding of agile principles and how they can be flexibly applied

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Work-At-Home Requirements

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

COVID POLICY

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.
