SR. PROJECT ENGINEER

Profile

Provide input for manufacturing design, create detailed drawings, illustrations, and create design for manufacturing documentation using computer-aided design equipment.

Assist in preparation and review of work orders to verify for completeness of information, prepare bill of materials, process flow diagrams, set production goals with respect to design parameters & budget control.

Conduct /Assist manufacturing feasibility of design ideas, based on factors such as design intent, safety, function, serviceability, budget, production costs/methods and develop production Art for CNC machines like Laser, Waterjet and CNC Routers.

Help develop structural frame design using softwares like AutoCAD, CorelDraw for structural engineering & metal fabrication review.

Direct & Coordinate fabrication and installation of mock ups, prototypes and manufacture of custom retail signage, Point of purchase products both illuminated and non-illuminated display and visual communication products, Architectural sign manufacturing, Mill Working including drafting of working drawings and specification sheets from sketches.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of experience;

Skills and structural frame design knowledge experience using: Laser, Waterjet, CNC Routers, CAD design softwares like AutoCAD & CorelDraw.

Experience with Point of purchase products both illuminated and non-illuminated display and visual communication products, Architectural sign manufacturing, Mill Working including drafting of working drawings and specification sheets from sketches.
