The Lead Product Manager, Digital, will drive digital transformation and innovation of data products to present, transform, and distribute Medicare and Medicaid product data to better serve our associates, members, and enterprise partners. Our user-facing applications and supporting data products and services will allow Humana to better serve our members through our call centers, care managers, providers, and directly. Products are built using state-of-the-art cloud technologies and data-driven architecture.
As the Lead Product Manager you will work closely with delivery teams to drive product development, user groups to understand needs and identify feature and product innovations, business partners to roll out products and ensure adoption, and leadership to communicate impact, understand strategy, and refine product roadmaps. Our internal development partners include design, engineering, analytics, and dev ops superstars who follow agile best practices. Our internal stakeholders include insurance product, strategy, customer service, care management, home care, digital health & analytics, and IT.
The Lead Product Manager will report to the Director, Retail Management Digital and Data Products within the Retail Product & Strategy organization. This is a high profile, high impact position with high growth potential.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8 years of professional experience, including 3 or more years of agile digital product management, product owner, or scrum master experience
Strategic thinker with strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Human-centered design mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Influential cross-functional leader
All-hands-on-deck contributor
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience navigating complex organizations
Experience improving processes and operations through digitalization

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This position is located in Humana Boston or Louisville offices but will be working remote temporarily. Other locations will be considered for qualified individuals.
