ENSCO is seeking an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual to support the U.S. Space Force, Space System Command’s (SSC) Remote Sensing (RS) Program through the RS Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) contract. This position, located in Aurora, CO, will support a diverse set of strategic and tactical Remote Sensing systems and infrastructure in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.Duties will include:Supporting system engineering and Deficiency Report (DR) management for SSC/RS Enterprise space, ground, hardware, software, fixed site and mobile systemsExecuting Deficiency Review Boards on behalf of the government customer providing a forum for DR assessment and reviewCreating, maintaining, and distributing DR status productsSupporting integration activities including hardware, software, cybersecurity and network upgradesCollaborating with prime contractors, other support contractors, government civilians, and members of the U.S. Space ForceBS degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics or equivalent field with 6 years of systems integration and systems engineering experience; or Master’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics or equivalent field with 4 years of systems integration and systems engineering experience.Experience, working with Space Force/DoD customers or military serviceStrong MS Office skills, particularly ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication and organizational skillsAbility to facilitate meetings and speak publiclyAbility to travel periodicallyActive SECRET Clearance with ability to receive TS/SCI ClearanceExperience working with Space Force/DoD customers in Operations and Sustainment environmentsExperience with the operations, acquisition and/or deployment of Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution (FORGE) and SBIRS/OPIR ground systemsExperience with databases and systems such as ClearQuest, DI2E, JIRA, Remedy, etc.Knowledge of development lifecycle, project integration, schedule analysis and stakeholder processesActive TS/SCIThe Aerospace Sciences and Engineering (ASE) Division is based in Cocoa Beach, Fla., with facilities and capabilities in Colorado Springs, Colo., El Segundo, Calif., and Orcutt, Calif.
