SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for the support of the Service Request administration and management for the Manufacturing Services Group. It provides support and direction in the use of project management tools and processes facilitating project and initiative reviews, lessons learned sessions, monitoring and supporting reporting tools and metrics.
Review work requests for completeness and adherence to departmental and business strategies and standards.
Work with Project Management Cost Controlling and Scheduling Process Integrators and Business Process Design and Improvement resources to review service schedules and to insure actions and events are communicated to the other functions in the group as well as business management
Acts as the Liaison between Manufacturing Services and Operations on project process issues and works with Process Integrators in analyzing new requests.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Undergraduate degree in Business Engineering or related field.
Experience: 3 years or more relevant experience. Experience in Project Management practices.
Computer Skills: Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools including MS Project and SAP, pro core, etc.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills a must.
Travel: As required. Minimal.
Special Skills:
Proven team building and communications skills
Very strong organization and problem solving skills
Project Management certification desired
