Humana is seeking a The Lead Agile Coach / Release Train Engineer that will be responsible for the planning, execution, and closing of a broad collection of business priorities, goals or objectives that are closely related and deliver on business value.
The ideal candidate will have Scaled Agile (SAFe) Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience as well as a strong background managing large, complex, cross functional enterprise programs in a SAFe program structure. In this position you will help lead the transition towards a scaled agile model while ensuring good process and best practices are followed by all.

Lead the transition to a scaled agile 'working differently' model by acting as an Agile champion while ensuring good process and best practices are followed by all.
Lead a team of Product Owners responsible for working with the development teams to create and drive value for the end consumer and business.
Facilitate PI Planning event.
Aggregate Team PI objectives into Program PI Objectives (the RTE) and publish them for visibility and transparency.
Coach leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and other program team members in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
Work with Solution and Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
Facilitate Epic and Feature Refinement, Scrum of Scrums and System Demo Meetings.
Support and educate Product Owners, especially in regard to developing, refining and managing the product backlog.
Communicates, presents and advises executive management on release train progress and impediments.
Directs large-scale, complex programs often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners.
Defines and tracks program milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.
Defines the program governance, integrated program plan, resource plan, communication plan, stakeholder management plan, and related program artifacts.
Understands and champions the value proposition of the program.
Encourage collaboration between Solution and System Architects/Engineering and Agile Teams.
Works with Product Management and Initiative Owners to prioritize and drive work and value creation for the end consumer.
Excellent problem solving and critical-thinking skills.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8 years of technical experience
2 years of project leadership experience
Professional experience within a SAFe Framework as a Release Train Engineer, scrum master, other related leadership role, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)e.
Demonstrated experience establishing and delivering complex programs.
Possesses a deep understanding of various project management methodologies and software development frameworks including PMI Body of Knowledge, Waterfall, Agile\Scrum, Dev Ops, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Technical Skills: Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO, Jira Align, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
