\u003cli\u003e10 years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Expert level or equivalent experience (Preferred)\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBachelor degree from an accredited institution (degree in relevant field highly preferred)\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaster's Degree (Preferred)\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePortfolio that demonstrates applied design and user research experience\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSolid organizational and project management skills and the ability to balance divergent projects and competing deadlines\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCommitment to learning new concepts in the complex world of health IT\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eHighly collaborative, low-ego approach to design\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eHealthcare design experience is a plus.\u003c/li\u003e
