WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a skilled and experienced software engineer with particular specialization in Qualtrics. On our employee-facing technology team, you will be responsible for building a multitude of Qualtrics surveys including 360 listening surveys, event registration, automated workflows, supplemental data, and other sophisticated survey builds. The ideal candidate will be a Qualtrics domain expert who’s comfortable innovating creative solutions that solve sophisticated business problems!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be developing and driving 360 listening surveys using Qualtrics, including survey design, testing, deployment, and analysis. Acting as a Qualtircs platform administrator, you’ll provide domain expertise on Qualtrics survey design and execution, including survey flow, question design, and data analysis. Serve as Qualtrics domain expert, conducting demos for Nike teams across the enterprise. You’ll conduct project management activities, such as prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and risk management, to ensure successful completion of survey projects.
A typical day is working with partners (particularly in HR, Communications, and DE&I) to identify technology needs and develop survey projects that meet those needs. You’ll manage event registration projects, including developing registration intake, automating waitlists via Qualtrics, and managing post-event feedback.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You’ll be on the fast growing Digital Employee Experience team, which is part of the larger Global Technology Organization. Your primary business partners are People Analytics, Enterprise Data and Analytics, Organizational Change teams, other Technology groups, and the Global Technology Leadership Team.
