Responsibilities
You will directly work with key business stakeholders to solve complex business problems and determine solution requirements by applying advanced technical knowledge. You will receive assignments in the form of business objectives and then determine the best approach, resources, technology, schedules and goals. You will act as a trusted liaison and collaborate with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions utilizing technologies such as Coveo Intelligent Search, Azure Cloud Technologies, and our Knowledge Management Platform.
You will report to the Director, Technology Solutions for the Digital Channels and Contact Centers area and lead a team of approximately 25 highly skilled Technical Associates, Architects, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters and Contractors both on-shore and off-shore. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
5 or more years of technical experience
2 or more years of management experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Possess 10 years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements.
Experience with the following technologies: Coveo Intelligent Search and Azure Cloud
