Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated automation engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit that will own planning and delivering of key platform functionality such as developer experience automation, API enhancements, machine learning engineering and analytics supporting features that deliver value across the teams. Identifies and implements solutions (hardware and software) for improvement of the high-quality automation infrastructure. Software automation engineers design, program, simulate and test automated processes. Responsible for detailed design specifications and other documents.
Key Accountabilities -
Work with customer and stakeholders, and Health Outcomes as a Service team to develop, communicate and maintain product vision.
Clearly document processes, roadmaps and milestones.
Plan and operationalize the automation of processes related to Health Outcomes as a Service for all stakeholders to improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Our Department of Defense contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position
Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (eQIP - Electronic Questionnaire for Investigation Processing)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent technical automation experience
Skill in the use of computers, statistical software, and technology
Experience with product and interface design
Experience with software development life cycle
Knowledge of distributed storage and query engines, such as HDFS and Spark
Knowledge of population management techniques, procedures, principles and evaluation methods
Knowledge of statistical and evaluation principles
Experience with cloud technologies preferably Azure (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.)
Recent knowledge of TRICARE, Medicare, Medicaid or Commercial health insurance compliance and contractual requirements and standards
Skill in analytical thinking and problem-solving
Skill in interpersonal, written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of person-centered planning initiatives and comprehensive care coordination procedures
Familiarity with Military families, geography and cultures
