Responsibilities

Leverage external data sources to support customer acquisition and retention effort.

Track behavioral and demographic trends across customer segments to grow our member base.

Work with engineers to architect and develop operational models that run at scale.

Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.

Troubleshooting issues, process documentation, campaign analysis.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

5 years of full time experience working in a Data Science Analytics engineering group or related areas.

Experience architecting modern, scalable data pipelines that can satisfy multiple products.

Experience of developing data solutions such as ETLs, databases, API’s to both source and provide data.

Ability to create high visibility dashboards, reports, and visualizations to ensure the timely and effective story telling of valuable metrics and actionable insights.

You're experienced with at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, Java).

Your background includes at least one database language (e.g., SQL).

Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate in a team.

Nice to have

Experience with Linux and Amazon Web Services.

Prior proven industry experience with big data analytics tools and distributed systems like Apache Spark, Flink or Kafka.

Experience with finance technology/analytics.

Basic understanding of experimental design (such as A/B experiments) and statistical methods.
