The Senior Cyber Data Protection Engineer develops and executes security controls, defenses and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems. The Senior Cyber Data Protection Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Cyber Data Protection Engineer guides architects on embedding techniques like tagging, data anonymization while building or enhancing data solutions to ensure proper level of access and data classifications. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5 or more years experience Cyber Security

3 years experience in Cyber Data Protection

2 years experience in Supervisor experience in Cyber Data Protection

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Masters Degree in a Technical Field
