Description
This role will have direct reports to manage our Legacy softphone/CT Connect, MySoftphone admin tool, new Genesys softphone and integration with Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Communities products.
Responsibilities
You have a unique opportunity to lead the cloud transformation of our legacy softphone to our new Cloud platform softphone solution across 4 major business contact center segments. This role will support the development and execution of our cloud implementation strategy for the softphone products as well as Salesforce Communities within our organization's existing IT infrastructure. In this role, you will also advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance for those products. This position acts as a liaison between our business partners and development teams to deliver strategic solutions being able to make a real impact improving millions of consumer's wellness journeys by delivering high business value initiatives to improve user and consumer experiences. This position will have the ability to solve the technical challenges of tomorrow, provide product strategic recommendations, and build sound high available solutions to meet the consumers where they are today and where they are going tomorrow.
The Lead Cloud Solutions Engineer Implements organization's cloud strategy from a technical perspective, including design, planning, integration, maintenance and support of cloud architecture. May work with stakeholders across organization to evaluate cloud systems and identify appropriate solutions. Collaborates with product managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud based products/services, applications and solutions. Drives the roll-out of cloud management platforms, evaluates its performance and implements enhancements. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, andworks under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
8 or more years of progressive IT experience as an Architect in large scale IT projects
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Understanding of System Integration Testing, Load Testing, Performance Test, User Acceptance, Test Class coverage, Testing, and Salesforce.com Cloud Integration
Understanding DevOps and release management principals
Contact Center solution experience with CTI/Softphone technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Salesforce certifications
Experience in Salesforce HealthCloud and Lightning
Cloud, Security, and/or SAFe Certifications
Contact Center integration experience with solutions such as Inbound/Outbound call mgmt, Quality Assurance, Workforce Mgmt, IVR, blended agent, and integration with PBX.
