The Lead Performance Test Engineer is responsible for driving Performance Testing adoption and governance at the enterprise level.

The Lead will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions (hardware and software) to increase and enable Performance Testing in DevOps and improve of the high-quality Performance Testing for infrastructure validation.

The Lead will be responsible to drive the Performance Testing approach across the enterprise and works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Lead Performance Test Engineer will be responsible to define and implement test Performance Testing strategy including roadmap, tools, framework and approach across application product teams.

Drive technological execution of the recommended Performance Testing solution roadmap across project teams.

Participate in Design and Architectural reviews of proposed Performance Testing solutions at enterprise level.

Evaluate and select best usage of test automation tools for different purposes.

This specific position will be heavily focused on Performance Testing strategy, metrics, governance and continuous Performance testing in CI/CD, Azure environments, and solid hands-on in enterprise level Performance Test tools like, but not limited to Performance Center, LoadRunner and LoadRunner Enterprise in both Cloud and On-Premise systems.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5 or more years of leading teams and strategic planning of Performance Testing

3 or more years of experience with performance testing of cloud enabled technologies.

Advanced experience with Performance Testing

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders

Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or other Advanced Degree

Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams

Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes

ISTQB Certification

SAFE Agile Certification
