Utilizing original R\u0026D strategies and processes has fully equipped us with the capability to provide unparalleled service systems that have been utilized on a global scale.\u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003ePosition Summary:\u003cbr/\u003eA process engineer in this role will execute hands-on research and development of etch and patterning processes relevant to Memory and/or Logic microelectronics device fabrication. \u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003eResponsibilities:\u003cbr/\u003e• Responsible for the development of new or modified process technology methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of semiconductors\u003cbr/\u003e• Characterize, compile, and analyze test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications\u003cbr/\u003e• Work with sales and marketing groups, along with other functional areas, to prepare changes, additions, and modifications, which will facilitate manufacturing\u003cbr/\u003e• Ultimately provide support to our various customers on Process Development as well as improvements to existing products and processes\u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003eQualifications:\u003cbr/\u003e• BS in Physical Science or Engineering required, MS is preferred\u003cbr/\u003e• 3 years Dielectric RIE/HARC RIE or relevant R\u0026D Process experience preferred\u003cbr/\u003e• Desire background in Memory devices integration\u003cbr/\u003e• Desire background in Process characterization and data analysis\u003cbr/\u003e• Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must\u003cbr/\u003e• Must be fluent in English\u003cbr/\u003e• Must be able to work in teams as well as individually\u003cbr/\u003e• Ability and desire to work as a part of a multicultural team\u003cbr/\u003e• Some travel required\u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003ePhysical Requirements:\u003cbr/\u003eJob duties may be performed in confined areas in a clean room environment, in awkward positions and/or in high places.
