Position Summary
Lead Software Quality Assurance for projects and features. Define and document project test plans. Communicate and implement the project test plan. Perform manual and technical testing. Delegate tasks to project QA team. Be accountable for executing tests and communicating results. Coordinate automated and manual test execution for assigned project’s release cadence. Contribute to requirement analysis, test design, and functional requirement verification. Actively participate in release processes. Contribute to API testing, backend testing, data analytics testing, and UI/UX testing, where applicable. Participate in project planning sessions, user story reviews, and design review sessions. Provide test oversight, coordination, and guidance to onshore and offshore team members. Identify and document test strategies that transition into detailed test specifications for new features. Plan in and coordinate the delivery of automated tests as part of the development lifecycle. Contribute to test case prioritization for manual and automated testing prioritization. Contribute to optimizing test case prioritization to increase testing velocity.
Job Requirements :
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Seven (7) years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Additional experience must include: working in Ecommerce domain on Web and Native Mobile; A/B Testing; Omniture, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Cloud & Adobe Analytics; Tealium and Data Layer Tagging; writing automated scripts in Java, JavaScript, node.js (NPM) within Selenium WebdriverIO, Carina, Zebrunner, Mocha, and TestNG frameworks; Salesforce Commerce Cloud; Salesforce Business Manager; IntelliJ, Jenkins, Maven, and Git; B2B applications; testing APIs using GraphQL and implementing API testing; testing Endless Aisle devices & Progressive Web Applications; SQL Server, MongoDB & PostgreSQL; Azure DevOps; Coremedia and CMS; implementing tests with Docker or Kubernetes as part of CI/CD pipelines, using Jenkins; testing servers and debugging consumer logs; Visual web Analytics tools; DevOps within an AWS environment, Spinnaker, and Artifactory; AWS applications and S3; change impact analysis; JIRA; Confluence; Charles Proxy; and TestRail.
May work remotely.
